Who are we looking for?

We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who owns the full digital marketing funnel from paid acquisition and performance campaigns to SEO, content, and conversion optimization with one clear goal: generating quality leads for our sales teams across markets.

This is a role for someone with enough experience to hit the ground running, and enough ambition to want more than just executing a plan someone else built. You're curious about how things work end-to-end, you move fast, and you get energy from seeing your work translate directly into business results. You don't need a fully built playbook — you'd rather write one. And when something isn't working, you're already three hypotheses deep on why.

You have:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or growth - with a strong focus on lead generation and paid acquisition

  • Hands-on experience running paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and other relevant channels

  • Solid understanding of SEO, content strategy, and how organic and paid work together to drive acquisition

  • Hands-on experience with web setup, landing page optimization, and conversion rate improvement

  • Hands-on experience setting up and maintaining tracking infrastructure (GA4, GTM, UTM taxonomy, conversion events) not just reading dashboards but building what feeds them

  • Solid understanding of cross-channel attribution: how to reconcile paid, organic, direct, and email traffic, and how to spot when something is misconfigured rather than just underperforming

  • Strong strategic thinking - you can connect the dots across channels and define an approach, not just execute tasks

  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and markets simultaneously - organized, autonomous, and proactive

  • Comfortable working in agile, cross-functional environments alongside product, sales, and content teams

  • Background in insurance, fintech, or financial services is a strong plus

  • Slovenian language knowledge is a great plus

What You'll Do:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid performance campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, display, remarketing) focused on lead generation for sales teams

  • Own the full acquisition funnel - from ad creative and copy to landing page performance and lead quality

  • Own tracking setup and maintenance across all markets: GA4 event configuration, GTM container management, UTM governance, and conversion tracking for all active channels

  • Build and maintain campaign reporting and attribution: connect ad spend to lead quality, identify attribution gaps, and keep measurement accurate as campaigns and markets evolve

  • Collaborate with product and web teams to optimize landing pages and UX flows that convert

  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities across international markets

  • Work closely with sales to understand lead quality feedback and continuously improve targeting and messaging

  • Build campaign infrastructure for new markets as we expand
