Who are we looking for?

We're looking for a Regional Product Marketing Specialist who bridges product and marketing to drive real market impact. You'll own the full cycle from shaping product positioning and go-to-market strategy to executing campaigns that convert across international markets.

This role is for someone who's built enough foundation to connect the dots and is hungry to own something bigger. You're naturally curious, you like understanding how things work end-to-end, and you get energy from seeing your work translate into real market results. You don't need a fully built playbook. You'd rather write one.

You have:

  • Experience across product marketing, content, growth, performance, or digital marketing - you enjoy connecting different pieces into one customer journey

  • Strong strategic thinking — you can define a market entry approach, not just execute tasks

  • Hands-on experience with web setup and optimization — you understand how pages, flows, and content work together to drive results

  • Strong grasp of performance marketing, SEO, and content strategy — you know how to build visibility and drive acquisition across channels, enough to execute and enough to know what you still want to learn

  • A data-driven mindset: you use research and metrics to make decisions

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Background in insurance, fintech, or financial services is a strong plus

  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously — organized, autonomous, and proactive, You know how to prioritize when everything feels urgent.

  • Comfort working in agile, cross-functional environments

  • Slovenian knowledge is a great plus

What You'll Do:

  • Define and execute product marketing strategy for international markets — positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans tailored to local audiences and competitive landscape

  • Set up and optimize local web presence: work with product and web teams to localize content, landing pages, and UX flows that convert

  • Develop compelling copy and content across channels — website, email, digital ads, blog — adapted for local markets and customer needs

  • Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform both product direction and marketing strategy

  • Act as the connective tissue between product, marketing, and sales: align messaging, coordinate launches, and ensure consistent communication across all touchpoints

  • Build and manage campaign infrastructure for new markets, including tracking, reporting, and iteration

  • Collect and analyze user feedback and performance data to continuously improve product messaging and identify gaps in the customer journey
