Who are we looking for:
We're looking for a Product Manager to own the development and improvement of our telecom, loans, and other products - from the user-facing experience to the internal tools (like our CRM and task manager) used by our teams daily. This role is about making things run better: smarter features, smoother processes, and a more intuitive experience for every user on kompare.hr.
You’ll collaborate with sales, marketing, development, and support teams to identify opportunities, remove friction, and support our growth into new service areas. If you enjoy digging into details, connecting the dots, and building digital products that simplify everyday decisions—you might be the perfect fit.
Qualifications & Experience
Have 1 to 3 years of experience in product management or in a related role (like business analysis or project management)
Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills — and enjoy turning insights into product improvements
Be a clear and confident communicator who’s comfortable working with both technical and sales teams
Have the ability to understand and shape product requirements from idea to launch
Be familiar with agile methodology and enjoy working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
Have a background in business and/or technology — gained through education or practical experience

Your responsibilities at kompare.hr
Define and lead the product strategy and roadmap for telecom, mortages, and other comparison products aligning with business goals, market trends, and user needs.
Collaborate with sales, engineering, marketing, and support teams to enhance features, streamline workflows, and ensure scalable, reliable, and cost-effective product delivery.
Build and manage a product backlog with clearly defined features and user stories, supporting timely development and continuous improvement across all verticals.
Conduct market research and analyze user feedback to guide product expansion, discover new opportunities, and stay ahead of industry and regulatory trends.
Represent both the user and the business perspective—monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), document processes, and provide actionable insights that help prioritize high-impact initiatives and market segments.
